Enemies Ignited by you have % of Physical Damage they deal converted to Fire and Enemies Shocked by you have % of Physical Damage they deal converted to Lightning are additive with eachother. They are not additive with damage taken as modifiers, because one modifier applies to a character and the other an enemy.
