Modifiers

The unique modifiers of Steppan Eard only apply when the player is actually affected by the relevant ground effects. For example, Steppan Eard does not provide a life regeneration bonus if the player is immune to chill or if the chilled ground is generated by an ally, such as via Arctic Armour or an Aquamarine Flask.

Item acquisition

Steppan Eard drops from any Renegades warband. Renegades warband can be encountered from specific prophecies, Renegade Base Azurite Mine node, from opening Renegades Cache, and from Acid Caverns Map.
