These Unique Scourge Bosses can randomly be found while in the alternate Wraeclast during the endgame map system. They may be quite rare so you will need to be able to confidently do the scourge mechanics in the endgame to have the chance to fight these bosses.

Bosses can be found in red maps (T11+) more frequently and have certain effects that appear around the map while in the Nightmare to signify there is a boss somewhere in the map. One is the occasional yellow streak of lightning, another is multiple blue-ish mushroom growths and the last will have red streaks occasionally fly across the map. Also when encountering a scourge boss, the drain of blood from the Crucible will pause for 5 seconds, and then will pause again when u damage the boss enough life threshold but the pause timer won’t stack. Scourge bosses will always drop a random unique with 2 benefit and downside scourge modifiers, a random assortment of tainted currency and a lot of scourged equipment.
