Withering Presence

Withering Presence is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Occultist. It grants more chaos damage and a large amount of chaos resistance. It also causes you to apply Wither to nearby enemies every second and causes enemies afflicted with Hinder to deal less damage over time.
