Talk to Grigor Area: The Sarn Encampment NPC: Grigor Sceptre of God: Unfortunately, Piety was simply a puppet of a greater force. You've cut the strings but the master remains: Dominus. That key you've picked up, I heard the Blackguards talk of it. It's the one key to the Sceptre of God, on the northern edge of the Blackguard encampment. Only Piety was permitted to carry it. Dominus accessed his laboratory at the summit of the tower via a pulley system rigged to the outside wall. That way will be barred to you, and I heard of no one, not even Piety, going in or coming out of the lower levels. Go with care, exile. I can't imagine what's inside that tower if even Piety and Dominus feared to tread its steps. Ahuana Victario: Oh, you've heard of my father? I've never met him. My mother only rolled her eyes whenever I asked about him. She told me of him once, the night before she left on her final campaign. She said he spoke with a poet's grace and made myriad boastful promises, but his heart truly belonged to a dead woman. 10	Quest Complete - You have killed Dominus. You are now able to travel to Act 4. NPC: Sonja, the Farmer The Soil: I have come to learn more about the land's bounty. Far beneath the sand and clay, there is a hidden layer of volcanic soils, and a thick band of ash. These are rich and fertile deposits. Given our distance from the mountains on Tujen's map, I have no doubt that something terrible ravaged this land a very long time ago. Middengard is mostly comprised of volcanoes, but none like this. I am surprised there are people still present on Wraeclast after what must have happened...
