# Essentia Sanguis ## Modifiers The <span class="text-mod">Ghost Reaver</span> mod has the same effect as the keystone, Ghost Reaver, which includes the Energy Shield recharge rate penalty. Taking the keystone in addition to equipping this item will impart no additional benefit. Ghost Reaver's <span class="text-mod">Maximum total Recovery per second from Energy Shield Leech is doubled</span> is for the overall cap of the Energy Shield leech, while the item mod <span class="text-mod">50% reduced Maximum Recovery per Energy Shield Leech</span> is for the base maximum Energy Shield leech rate. Read Leech#Modifiers for details. Energy Shield Leech effects from Essentia Sanguis are not removed at Full Energy Shield, because Energy Shield Leech instances are only ever removed at full energy shield, which is prevented by Essentia Sanguis's unique mod <span class="text-mod">Energy Shield Leech Effects from Attacks Are Not Removed At Full Energy Shield</span>.
