Summon Holy Relic
Summon Holy Relic is a skill gem that summons a Holy Relic minion. When the owner attacks, the Holy Relic releases a pulse that deals physical damage to enemies or provides life regeneration to allies, which is more powerful on allied minions.
Skill functions and interactions
Holy Relic may be supported by skill gems that affect its Nova spell, such as Increased Area of Effect Support or Controlled Destruction Support. However Spell Echo Support or Greater Spell Echo Support from Pledge of Hands don't work with the Nova spell because it is a triggered ability, even though they still link with Summon Holy Relic since summoning the minion itself will be supported by them.
Holy Relic's base cooldown is 0.30 seconds. The cooldown recovery speed will decrease when using with Geofri's Legacy.
Holy Relic's life regeneration at level 20 on the player is 103 health per second for 4 seconds (Read #Gem level progression for full list). Attacking after the 0.3 second cooldown refreshes the life regeneration duration.
The Nova spell has a base physical damage of 1496 to 2243[citation needed] at gem level 20, 1736 to 2603 at gem level 21.
Holy Relic has a base life of 10842 at gem level 20, 11946 at gem level 21.
Holy Relic has 40% base Elemental Resistances and 20% base Chaos Resistance.
Holy Relic explicitly cannot taunt, but can blind if supported with a Blind Support. Ghastly Eye Jewel with an of Stifling suffix will not affect a Holy Relic since its Nova spell is not an attack.
Much like the minions from Summon Raging Spirit, Holy Relics are unaffected by ground effects and cannot be targeted directly, which provides a significant boost to their survivability even in non-minion builds. Notably, Summon Holy Relic's level requirement curve makes it a good fit for Cast when Damage Taken Support.
