Gathering Winds
Gathering Winds is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Deadeye.
Gathering Winds grants permanent Tailwind to the player and nearby allies. Using any skill grants one Gale Force, a temporary stackable buff that grants 15% increased effect of tailwind per stack.
Each instance of Gale Force lasts for 4 seconds, and the player can have a maximum of 10 Gale Force.
