    Chilling Areas: refers to ground effects that apply Chilled to enemies standing in the area. Examples of Chilling Areas include Cold Snap, Vortex, and Frost Shield. Chilling Auras such as those from Summon Skitterbots or Chilling Presence will not work.

    Item acquisition

    Algor Mortis can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. Algor Mortis belongs to a special group of unique items called league-specific items, which can be obtained from certain divination cards and other sources in addition to their normal acquisition methods.
