Corrupted Blood


Corrupted Blood is a debuff that inflicts physical damage over time to the affected target. It should not be confused with bleeding, an ailment with a similar effect.

Mechanics

Corrupted Blood can stack up to ten times.

Just like other sources of physical damage over time, the damage is not reduced by armour, but it will be reduced by any other means of physical damage reduction, such as endurance charges or Immortal Call.

Using a flask with the of Staunching suffix will remove all Corrupted Blood stacks and prevent any more being added for 4 seconds. Corrupted blood can also be completely avoided by using a jewel with the corrupted implicit modifier Corrupted Blood cannot be inflicted on you.
