Savage hit
A savage hit is a hit that removes at least 15% of the target's maximum Life. Damage to energy shield and Mana are not counted toward the savage hit threshold.
Mechanics
The Soul of Garukhan provides +5% chance to Evade Attacks if you've taken a Savage Hit Recently . The way Evasion works makes it so that the chance of taking another hit immediately after taking a savage hit with the Garukhan pantheon is significantly reduced. This pantheon works best with other forms of damage prevention, such as evasion, dodge, block, or avoidance.
While using Hale Negator 5 seconds and 5 Abyss Jewels, and a 3% life recovery mod are the minimum values needed to fully recover from a minimum savage hit of 15% of maximum life.
