A shocking arc of lightning reaches from the caster to a targeted enemy and chains to other enemies. Each time the arc chains from an enemy, it will do so simultaneously to two further enemies, but never to enemies that have already been hit by any of these chains. Also grants a buff making your Arc damage lucky for a short duration.

Brand

Brand is a type of active skill which creates a mark that can be attached to an enemy, which activates their damage dealing effect.

Mechanics

Casting the skill places a Brand on the ground where your cursor is located. While active and detached, whenever an enemy is within the Brand's attachment range, the brand will become attached to that enemy until it dies or until the Brand's attachment duration ends. The attachment range can only be increased by modifiers to Brand Attachment range such as in Explosive Runes. Increases to Area of Effect does not increase attachment range. While attached, the Brand will activate its effect continuously. The frequency of this effect activating is based on Brand activation frequency.

By default, you can place 3 Brands at a time and only one Brand may be attached to a target at a time. The Runebinder Keystone passive lets you attach up to 2 Brands on one target.

Brand damage source is considered to come from the player, which means it will be affected by leech and reflected damage.

Spell Echo Support will cause you to place two Brands in one cast. It does not cause the Brand effect to activate twice in a row.
