    Vaal Ice Nova

    Vaal Ice Nova is a vaal spell that casts an expanding circle of ice emanating from the player, which repeats off of enemies hit by it.

    Skill functions and interactions

    Every Nova that hits an enemy will repeat from the enemy it hit. Having more area of effect will increase the chances of novas hitting enemies and repeating.
