Runebinder
Runebinder is a Keystone passive skill which lets you attach an additional brand to an enemy, but reduces your maximum totem limit.
Mechanics
Having a totem limit of zero will normally prevent you from summoning any totems; however, increasing your totem limit works as normal. For example, supporting a totem skill with Multiple Totems Support will allow you to summon two of that type of totem.
Location
Runebinder lies on the upper left side of the tree, behind a totem and brand cluster near the Spiritual Aid minion cluster. It's right next to Ancestral Bond.
