Hexblast

DoomBlastSkillGemHexblast is a spell that deals chaos damage to a single enemy. If the target has a hex curse on it, it deals area of effect damage around the target. On hit, the spell removes the hex curse with the highest amount of doom from each target and deals more damage based on how much doom the curse had. While the spell deals chaos damage, the damage is resisted by the lowest resistance the target has, and the spell can apply elemental ailments.

Skill functions and interactions

As long as the target has a hex curse applied in any way, even if it doesn't apply Doom, Doomblast will deal AoE damage.
