Mechanics

Saqawal's Flock grants a 100% chance to trigger level 20 Tornado when the player gains Avian's Might or Avian's Flight. Being granted Avian's Might or Avian's Flight from a nearby ally through Saqawal's Nest does not activate the Tornadoes.
