Existing items in the permanent leagues received the lowest roll: 58.
3.11.0	Now grants 12-16% increased Spell Damage per Power charge (from 6%).
3.9.0	(Indirectly affects this item) The default Shock magnitude for effects that apply Shock without damage (such as Skitterbots) is now 15% (from 20%).
3.0.0	Energy Shield as a defensive mechanic has undergone a review and, generally speaking, all sources of Energy Shield on items have been reduced by approximately 20%. * (Not in patch note) Malachai's Loop's basetype now has 55 Energy Shield (down from 72). (Not in patch note) The basetype implicit has changed to (10-15)% increased Spell Damage. Using a Blessed Orb on legacy unique, can reroll the value of the legacy implicit .
