    Item acquisition

    Steps

    Complete the following steps to obtain a Thirst for Horrors.

    1. Obtain/buy Mouth of Horrors prophecy and activate it
    2. Obtain/buy Chalice of Horrors and carry it in your inventory
    3. Travel to the TheHarvest (Act 4) or The Toxic Conduits (Act 8) or The Rotting Core (Act 9)
    4. Kill Doedre
    5. You will obtain a new Thirst for Horrors in your inventory
