Mechanics

Sacrifice 4% of your Life when you Use or Trigger a Spell Skill: This modifier will not kill the player if their life drops to 1. This mod is worded similarly to Dark Pact, and both share the same mechanics. For Low Life characters, the life sacrifice is negligible unless the player is purposely keeping their reserved life above 10% (to avoid Culling Strike from enemy exiles in Hall of Grandmasters or Animate Weapon in Death and Taxes).
