Version history

Version	Changes
3.16.0	Now grants 30-40% chance to Suppress Spell Damage while your Off Hand is empty. This affects existing items, though they have values of 15-25%. Existing items can be updated with a Divine Orb.
3.11.0	Now grants +1000-1500 Evasion Rating (from 300-400). Now grants 15-25% chance to Dodge attack hits while your Off Hand is empty (from 20%). Now grants 100-200% increased Cold Damage while your Off Hand is empty (from 100%).
3.8.0	Several Daggers are now classified as Rune Daggers. Daggers can no longer roll caster-related modifiers, while Rune Daggers retain their old mod generation behaviour.
