Effective Movement Speed

1% increased Movement Speed per 600 Evasion Rating, up to 75% and 25% reduced Movement Speed

Since Queen of the Forest has an inherent 25% reduced movement speed modifier. Increase and reduced modifiers are additive to each other. The item can only provide a net increase of up to 50% increased movement speed. To achieve this bonus the player must have 45,000 evasion (60075). To break even, the player must have 15,000 evasion (60025).

Version history

Version	Changes
3.5.0	Now grants 1% increased Movement Speed per 600 (up from 450) evasion Rating, up to 75% (down from 100%). The cap affects all versions of the item.
3.3.0	Added 3D art.
3.1.0	Now has 200 to 240% increased Evasion Rating (down from 240 to 380%). The movement speed bonus this item can provide has been capped at 100% for all versions.
