Modifiers

The Rippling Thoughts grants Summon Harbinger of the Arcane.

Grants Summon Harbinger of the Arcane Skill: Summons an immortal Harbinger minion. The minion will occasionally cast Arcane Surge on the player, granting more spell damage, cast Speed and mana regeneration.

This buff has the same effect as a Level 21 Arcane Surge Support gem. This effect does not stack, and only one instance of the buff will affect the character.

The Rippling Thoughts grants a level 20 Storm Cascade (.25s cooldown), which is effectively a lightning version of a level 21 Glacial Cascade.

Mechanics

When dual wielding, Storm Cascade from both weapons will share cooldowns and only the Storm Cascade in the main hand will trigger.

If The Rippling Thoughts is in off-hand with a separate weapon in the main hand Storm Cascade will trigger on attacking with any of the weapons.
