Mechanics

Causes the skill to fire one projectile that splits all extra projectiles from the spot that it hits.

Rain of Arrows will shoot one projectile and split zero arrows.

Spectral Throw will split upon initially hitting the enemy, automatically targeting nearby enemies with its additional projectiles. Split projectiles then pierce as normal. This was a result of the new projectile modifier priority changing.
