Unaffected by Curses : The mod is not equal to curse immunity. This shield can interact with item such as Coward's Chains / Coward's Legacy, since you still have the curse on you, despite the curse does not have any debuff effect applied.

The help text is Debuffs you are Unaffected by can still be placed on you, but will not actually apply their effect.

Version history

Version	Changes
3.17.0	Removed the Prophecy mechanic from the game, and moved many of its rewards to other content. Atziri's Reflection is no longer considered a Fated Unique item, and is now a rare drop from Atziri, Queen of the Vaal in The Alluring Abyss. Atziri's Mirror can no longer be acquired. Turning in a full stack of Beauty Through Death now awards Atziri's Reflection.
3.12.0	(Not in patch note) Now has the mod Hex Reflection (instead of curse), affects all versions.
