Heartbound Loop

Mechanics

Heartbound Loop's unique effect causes the player to take secondary damage, and as such it cannot be evaded, blocked, spell blocked, dodged, or spell dodged. Damage taken due to this item is reduced by physical damage reduction, including armour.
Equipping two Heartbound Loops will make you take 700 physical damage as a single hit.
